This repotting tool has 8 teeth per inch versus 12 for our 194 repotting tool above, resulting in more aggressive cutting. Also, the blade is shorter and thicker for heavier tasks. Originally for cutting and shaping grass sod, this saw-type sickle is good for cutting heavy roots when repotting bonsai. The overall length of this tool is 8" and the blade is 2 1/2" long.
